RESPONSIBILITIES:
KG Partners is looking for a senior account strategist, located in the Detroit area, with a dynamic presence and personality and ad agency experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interpreting competitive landscapes, consumer and business behavior, and brand insights in order to inform and execute cutting-edge marketing principles and techniques. This person should possess, in abundance, humor, empathy, great communication skills and a determination to completely engage with and support our clients' businesses.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements for this position:
MBA preferred with minimum of five years of advertising/marketing/ media agency experience
Direct 1:1 Marketing experience is a plus
Well-developed and proven skills in strategy development and creative review, media and interactive technology
Demonstrated ability to manage associates as a team in a fast-paced, changing environment, locally and remotely
